Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You are welcome to return any clothing and footwear ordered within 30 days of delivery for refund as long as the item is unworn and in new condition with all tags and/or packaging attached. Footwear must be returned in the original packaging. Items discounted 30% or more are final sale and may not be refunded. Jewellery and apothecary items (swimwears, accessories, fragrance, candles, grooming products, and garment care products) are Final Sale and may not be returned.
If the wrong product was shipped to you by mistake, email us at info@shernox.ca. You will be asked to provide proof of your order and send a picture of the items that you received. You will be required to ship back your items to be eligible for you correct order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All returns must be aurthorized via email prior to shipping. items returned without authorization may be refused upon delivery. please email Support@shernox.ca
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situation where only partial refunds are grandted ( if applicable)
- any item not in it's original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reansons not due to our error
-any item this is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
once your product is recived and inspected, we will notify you by email that we recive the item. we will also notify you of the approvial or rejection of your refund. if arroved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@shernox.ca
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 103 Carnival Court, Toronto, Ontario, M2R 3T7, Canada
You will be responsible for paying your own Shipping cost for returning your item. SHERNOX will cover shipping charges to ship back the replaced item
Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you recive a refund, the cost of shopping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. we don't gaurantee that we will receive your returned item.
