Return And Exchanges

Unfortunately, at this time we are currently unable to offer refunds at this time due to precautions regarding  COVID-19 and other constraints we experience as a small business. We do offer store credit and want to make sure you get the perfect outfits. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. 

 

EXCHANGES

We get it- sometimes things don’t fit right! If you like to make an exchange, we are happy to get you the correct size you need. If the items has all the tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed and unsoiled and within the 14 days return period, you may be eligible for an exchange.  Please email us at info@shernox.ca with your order number and exchange request. We will send you a return label for you to easily ship back. 

Once we receive your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If your return qualifies, your exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.  Once we ship your replacement items, we’ll send you a confirmation email with the tracking number for your new package.
